- Receive the orders and integrate them efficiently on specific routes, by deploying the transportation methods at the appropiate moment.
- Get the approval for the transport and check the consistency of the data before submitting the approval request
- Follow the transport status and to offer reliable information related to the deliveries
- Solve deliveries issues (discrepancies) by following the situation with the responsible parties.
- Follow permanently the production of the materials at the suppliers -- - Ensure the proper documentation behind the invoices and transport calculations
- Collaborate with the Field Managers and as well with the Customer Care and Accounting teams.
