    Requirements

    • Finance & Accounting Graduate;
    • Good interpersonal Skills;
    • Hands on experience in General Ledger;
    • Exposure to ERP tools;
    • Takes initiative and works without much supervision;
    • Understands customer requirements;
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables charts), Word (formatting, track changes, table of contents), PowerPoint (graphics & charts, animations, transitions)
    - Fluency in English and French

    Responsibilities

    • Create and record journal entries in General Ledger/ sub ledger;
    • Call up business units for any information to create journal entries;
    • Account reconciliations including bank and other GL accounts;
    • Inventory reconciliations, accounting and reporting;
    • Call up stores, distribution centers and employees to collect information for journal entries;
    • Regular duties involve uploading and posting the journal vouchers on a daily basis;
    • Reconciliation between primary books and MRC books and bring it to closure by resolving and submit the report within accepted TAT.
