You are the one who:

-likes and knows Linux;
-worked with scripting and virtualisation;
-used a monitoring system (Nagios)

- provide technical support for Level 2 issues via email and the telephone
- monitor services for stability and taking both proactive and reactive measures to correct and prevent issues
- install, configure and maintain services such as web, database, email services across multiple servers
- actively monitor the hosting infrastructure
- document and maintain up-to-date records of the infrastructure
