    The KPI Institute is the global authority on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) research and education, providing through its publications and training courses insights on how to measure and learn with KPIs and beyond. It developed the first KPI Management Framework and operates, the result of a research program dedicated to documenting and cataloging how KPIs are used in practice. Its systems thinking based approach to designing performance architecture across all levels of an organisation facilitates connecting organisational, departmental and employee performance efforts and results.

Its European division, operated from Romania has been active since 2008 serving both national and international clients.


    We expect you to:

    - Hold a university degree preferably in Marketing or other similar disciplines;
    - Have at least one year experience in the field;
    - Excel in written and verbal English;
    - Have strong verbal and writing communication skills;
    - Be able to work in a fast paced environment juggling multiple priorities;
    - Be a self-motivated person;
    - Be a great team player;
    - Be a detail oriented person;
    - Have experience in using social networking platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn;
    - Have good command with all MS Office applications.


    Your main responsibilities include:

    - Create, edit and manage the production of digital and print content that is consistent with the organizations brand, style and tone.
    - Build and manage a rich content that attracts qualified audience on our websites.
    - Write various types of articles an ongoing basis on a wide range of topics for our News section to support and promote your offers and to attract site visitors.
    - Optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
    - Collaborate with designers to produce relevant advertising materials that meet the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
    - Create product content (e.g. case studies, product webpage presentations) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
    - Coordinate the launch of new products and services through consistent marketing campaigns.
    - Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content.
    - Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation and distribution.
    - Conduct periodic competitive audits.
