    Requirements

    - University degree;
    - Minimum 1 year experience on a similar position — preferably in a production company;
    - Fluent English language skills — mandatory;
    - MS Office package;
    - Self motivated individual with the ability to work independently;
    - Excellent oral and written communication skills;
    - Attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    - Respect the approved recruitment and selection plan;
    - Manage the recruitment process (finding, selecting, testing and interviewing candidates);
    - Identify suitable channels for selecting potential candidates;
    - Perform active search throughout the main recruitment channels as well as identifying new ones;
    - Develop and post recruitment ads based on discussions with department managers;
    - Perform sourcing and screening of candidates that meet the job requirements;
    - Assess received CVs, short list issuance, phone interviews;
    - Participate in line interviews with department managers;
    - Give feedback to candidates;
    - Maintain the collaboration with the leasing agencies — for direct and indirect positions;
    - Maintain and update the database with recruitment results;
    - Follow up on recruitment KPI’s and propose measures for improvement;
    - Monitor and create reports relating to the labor market;
    - Organize and participate in recruitment events;
    - Responsible for on boarding and induction process for the new employees;
    - Maintain and update the internal recruitment procedure according to the organizations needs.
