    Cerinte

     Technical education background;
     Excellent knowledge of time study and Lean Manufacturing is mandatory;
     Practical experience in the mentioned industrial engineering and lean manufacturing topics;
     Time management, work balancing and capacities determination knowledge;
     Experience in organizing and conducting improvement workshops / trainings (including training content design);
     Advanced English language skills;
     SAP experience in work center and routings management is an advantage;
     Previous experience in a management role is a plus (e.g. managing a team of Industrial and Lean Manufacturing Engineers);
     Initiative and proactive attitude, perseverent in obtaining results.

    Responsabilitati

     Implementing Lean Manufacturing culture in order to increase continuously the proportion of added value by defining efficient and predictable development, purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, shipping and accounting processes;
     Productivity improvement, using industrial engineering methods of work and system design under ergonomic, material flow and value-adding aspects and by means of support of the compensation types and work time models introduced in compliance with operational and pay scale agreements;
     Determination of industrial engineering data for planning and compensation - including time studies, setup time recording, multimoment records, comparisons and estimates or self-recording;
     Leading continuous improvement workshops : Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, SMED as well as supporting and tracking the implementation of resulting measures;
     Factory and line layout re/design in accordance with lean manufacturing principles: continuous material flow, U shape lines, short lead time, WIP determination;
     Hella Production System (HelPS) and Operational Excellence (OpEx) programm management, in collaboration with other Hella sites (Germany);
