Ready to join an exciting Tech Marketing Startup? We're a team of 50 hardworking people that know how joyful the life of an online marketer can be. How do we know that? Well, because between us, we have over 30 years of experience in the field. Yes, we are a bunch of marketing people with hands-on experience and many insights into conversion and performance marketing. We help online businesses to convert more than the magic 2% or so.
As an Account Executive at Omniconvert, you will be in touch with local and international clients that are using our managed services in order to increase their Conversion Rate (but that’s not all of it, there are plenty of opportunities and challenges so don’t expect to get bored). Besides anything else we need you to be motivated, have a desire to learn more, know what you aim for and enjoy what you do. You will learn about the exciting world of Conversion Rate Optimization and performance marketing from one of the best teams in the world.
Profile:
Accounting background
To be very responsible about deadlines and prioritization
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and a proactive attitude
Effective team-working skills
English proficiency
What you’ll be doing
As one of the core incoming members you'll dabble in everything from online marketing and UX/UI, to data analysis and conversion rate optimization. We are looking for someone who is analytical but also creative, and can make quick, smart decisions. We will push you to know everything. Does this opportunity still sound exciting? On a daily basis, you will to get to know and work within the following areas:
Understand and organize the workflow for the agency projects and clients
Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stages
Conversion rate optimization - Strategy and implementation
Optimize our customer's websites with both qualitative data (research insights like survey responses) and quantitative data (hard numbers like site analytics)
Reading results and creating digestible reports for customers to understand.
