The Enterprise Support and Services team based in Bucharest is looking for a new young and enthusiastic member!
As a Jr Training Engineer within this department, you will be reporting directly to the Enterprise Training Team Leader. You will create, oversee and deliver technical training to internal and external customers in delivering high-service quality and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for technical training project administration and support and oversee the completion of project tasks and monitor project progress using management process standards.
The right person will also be comfortable delivering in front of clients and managing intricate and sensitive client relationships, ensuring they are fostering these relationships until resolution has been reached.

Requirements:

 Project management and business research, organizational skills and attention to detail;
 Admin and operating level skills for Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012) and Windows Desktop (Windows 7,8, 10);
 Deep knowledge about server and desktop virtualization with VMware ESXi, Citrix XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, Oracle);
 Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Access, Power-point);
 Advanced knowledge about video editing software (Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, etc.);
 Advanced knowledge about audio/video conversion (Xillisoft, Format Factory, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Soundbooth, Adobe Flash etc.);
 Editing skills for HTML/CSS pages;
 Can communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts and are comfortable giving and receiving feedback;
 High standards and an eye for errors and inefficient processes position;
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, quick learner, dynamic, energetic and customer-oriented;

Responsibilities:

 Create, update, schedules and deliver technical trainings about Bitdefender products and technologies for internal departments on-site and/or via webinar sessions;
 Create, update. schedules and deliver technical trainings about Bitdefender products and technologies to partners and enterprise customers world-wide on-site and/or via webinar sessions
 Manages company webinars or acts as a technical speaker during webinars;
 Builds, maintains and/or delivers online technical trainings content for Bitdefender product and technologies on Bitdefender Trainings Online Platform;
 Participates at industry conferences where Bitdefender has presence, acting as a technical advisor or for delivering technical presentations of Bitdefender products and technologies;
 Produce quality, secure and resilient designs, flows and supporting documents for new or improved services, for current and future professional services requirements of the organization;
 Monitor projects inside the department with weekly reports to the Enterprise Training Team Leader
 Build strong relationships with internal teams: marketing, product delivery, product management, and documentation;
 Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost;
 Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions;
