Requirements:
 Driving license B
 English level medium
 Excel knowledge medium
If you have at least 3 years’ experience in collection — early collection + hard collection
If you have experience in micro clients segment.
If you are result oriented and you’re aiming to get the best from any situation

 Generate collection calls to allocated portfolio of overdue clients
 Performs collection visits to allocated portfolio in accordance with the schedule — country wide if necessary
 Negotiates the reimbursement of overdue amounts
 Keeps track of his actions in maintaining the client collection history
 Performs collection back office activities — SMS sending, collection letters, contract termination letters.
