Supply Chain Engineer (with SAP)

ALTEN supports airlines, on behalf of its client manufacturers with the challenges related to Integrated Logistics, maintainability and aircraft upgrading. ALTEN is in charge of the supply chain for one of the world’s leader in aeronautics and is looking for engineers to manage the suppliers portfolio.

We are recruiting Supply Chain Engineers (with SAP).

Requirements:
Graduated from an engineering school and/or previous experience in a similar field.
To succeed in this position, you will need experience with the following tools:
• Supply Chain/Procurement knowledge
• SAP knowledge is mandatory
• MS Office (Excel, Word)
A medium or advanced level of French and English is required.

You will join a team set up by ALTEN dedicated to the following activities:
- Maintain, develop and update the supplier database
- Reach monthly quality/quantity targets
- Supply chain management (prepare, organize and follow-up the supply of specific parts)
- Planning the commercial activities in order to respect the logistic and fabrication demands
To operate these activities, ALTEN is in interface with client’s stakeholders (project manager, designer, safety) and supplier.

Job position:
You will be integrated to our project team and under the control of senior engineer, you will take in charge one of the following activities:
• Supply Chain management
• Procurement
