    Cerinte

    • Experienta minima in activitatea de asistenta IT la nivelul postului de lucru: 2 ani
    • Experienta in incadrarea solicitarilor/incidentelor si in realizarea conexiunilor cu alte incidente/probleme
    • Cunoasterea serviciilor standard ale catalogului de servicii
    • Sisteme de operare Windows (utilizare, instalare, configurare, interpretari mesaje de eroare)
    • Aplicatii de birotica (utilizare, instalare, configurare, interpretari mesaje de eroare)
    • Aplicatii bancare specifice
    • Obisnuinta de a lucra cu aplicatii de monitorizare sisteme informatice
    • Hardware PC si periferice
    • Networking (protocoale, arhitecturi, conexiuni)

    Responsabilitati

    • Asigura asistenta locala IT pentru utilizatoriii din sediile bancii si/sau pentru utilizatorii filialelor care au puncte de lucru in zona deservita respectand conceptele ITIL de Incident Management, Request Fulfillment
    • Intervine pentru rezolvarea oricarui incident sau cerere de configurare, legate posturile de lucru (PC fixe, PC portabile –laptopuri, imprimante, telefoane, alte echipamente), in vederea respectarii calitatii serviciilor specificate in conventiile de exploatare (OLA) si conventiile de servicii (SLA)
    • Executa activitatile specifice procesului de Request Fulfillment in vederea respectarii calitatii serviciilor oferite in Service Level Agrement sau Operational Level Agrement
    • Asigura suport nivel 1 pentru infrastructura de comunicatii existenta in locatiile precizate si coordoneaza interventiile colaboratorilor externi la infrastructura IT/Comunicatii din locatiile mentionate
    • Furnizeaza un prim nivel de suport catre utilizatorii locatiilor deservite, asupra echipamentelor de audio sau videoconferinta si pentru terminalele complexe (smartphone-uri, tablete si balckberry).
    • Inregistreaza interventiile efectuate in aplicatia de ticketing respectand conceptele ITIL de Incident Management, Change Management, Request Fulfillment
    • Realizeaza inlocuirea echipamentelor conform N10.I6 (Gestiunea posturilor de lucru informatice).
