Our company is searching a versatile colleague for our growing Romanian team as a Mobile Campaign Manager in the Ad Operations and traffic department.

• 1-3 years' of digital advertising/online media experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner
• Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and the ability to effectively operate and make informed decisions quickly; ability to quickly adapt & course correct as needed
• Data driven, technical, self-starting and curious; ability to learn new software’s quickly
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while being detail oriented and committed to producing high quality results
• Experience in mobile display advertising is an advantage
• Hands on experience using commercial or in-house ad serving systems strongly preferred
• Able to set up automations in tools to power ongoing campaigns

• Lead “quality control” over all mobile campaigns (set up and managing campaigns in Madhouse's Adserver)
• Monitors campaign details to understand how campaigns are performing
• Set up and match different campaign measuring systems and in case of technical issues keep contact with Adserver support
• Troubleshoot and answering issues with ads as it relates to display, reporting, and tracking
• Keep contact with clients and report them about the details of the campaigns
• Tightly work together with country and sales manager
