Sales Trainee

Throughout the two and a half years as a Sales trainee on the field, you will get to:

• Emerge in the Wrigley and Mars culture, through a complex induction training, when you will meet colleagues from all functions, as well as our customers
• Explore and discover Romania as at least one assignment from the program will push you out from your comfort zone;

• Are excited about a hands-on field experience in Sales;
• Are a fast learner and are willing to learn by doing;
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Believe you have what it takes to negotiate and persuade others;
• Can analyze data and take out the right conclusions;
• Are fluent in English; 
• Own a clean driving license (B category);
• Are IT-savvy (especially on Microsoft Office)
• Are nationally mobile – your opportunities as a trainee, and later on in your career can take you all across the country!
