We are recruiting Customer Support Engineers (with French).
- Technical educational background could be an advantage
- Experience in customer support could be an advantage
- Technical/Service desk awareness
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solver, results driven
- Attention to details, excellent analytical skills
- Flexible, well-motivated team player
- A medium or advanced level in French and English is required.
- Ensure support for electrical application according to the customer process
- Resolve customer issues (bugs/accesses or accounts unavailability/corrupted data)
- Support ticket analysis
- Maintain contact with customers, providing responses when needed and ensuring documentation of any investigation and follow-up
- Diagnosis using case standards and application documents
