Customer Care Executive with French, Italian, Dutch, German, Turkish

Ideal candidate
- Excellent command of spoken and written French/Turkish/Dutch/Italian/German ( level B2 and above)
- Good command of English (at least level B1)
- Customer servicing skills
- Good business writing skills
- At least 12 years of completed education
- Good MS Office skills
- Attention to detail
- Team worker

Responsabilities
- Process client specific transactions in one of the following 2 industries (Business Travel , Insurance)
- Manage workloads in accordance with Service Level Agreements
- Support customers with their queries and in the administration and coordination of business
- Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary
- Accomplish all tasks in accordance with the internal norms and procedures
- Ensure that all performance indicators are constantly met
