Junior Project Synthesis Manager (Automotive)

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

• Strong planning skills
• Very good communication skills
• Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanics
• Advanced level of English is a must, French is a plus
• Outgoing personality, sharp thinking, solution oriented.

• Contribute to proper QCD compliance of projects and One-Voice Engineering:
- by implementing continuous synthesis of the progress of projects which helps to carry over deviations from commitments
- by a continuous risk analysis
- by suggesting management changes and /or by preparing arbitrations.
• The main related activities are:
- create the synthesis of the progress of major deliverables with regard to the schedule after monitoring is carried out in partnership with the project team and metiers
- include a snapshot of the budget situation (consumed vs anticipatory) with this progress synthesis, in partnership with the Range Cost Control
- sequence the arbitrations or escalations of decisions required to obtain deliverables compliant with the milestones
- contribute to the formalisation required to prepare the Milestones and to include comments
- organise the obtainment of the Engineering One-Voice via suitable bodies
- provide support for IC when managing his project platform (ColC vision 6 weeks, etc.)
- provide a support for ICa/DPIa when managing standardised project conventions
- keep the pool of his segment’s workload variations updated .
• Provide toolbox for the IC:
- governance of project management bodies, standard documents (QCDP Scorcard in the milestone, QCDP file for crossing the milestone, DEQIG One Voice, etc.), collaborative tools of project participants (archiving, traceability of reference data at milestones, etc.).
