As a valuation professional at EY, you'll help global organizations make strategic decisions by providing responsive, objective advice on valuing businesses, shares, tangible and intangible assets. As a business modelling professional you'll carry out model review, model support and model build services to assist clients with their strategic decisions. Clients will see you as a vital part of their team. Technical skills requirements:
• Sound knowledge of general valuation methods and approaches, real estate and capital equipment valuation experience will be consider as an asset;
• Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel some experience in financial modelling (for example, in the fields of acquisitions, refinancing, project finance or other corporate finance transactions) would be a plus;
• Ability to understand and interpret financial data, commercial documentation and reports, drawing appropriate conclusions;
• Analytical, proactive, eager to learn and grow, with strong communication and interpersonal skills both internally and in client facing situations;
• Fluent in English; other languages would be plus.

Additional requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in the finance field;
• Within the course of obtaining or ideally possess a finance or accounting qualification (e.g. CFA, ACCA);
• Membership in the National Association of Authorized Romanian Valuers (ANEVAR) is a plus.

As a Senior Advisor in Valuation & Business Modelling, you will make contributions to client engagements and internal projects, including the supervision of work input from other team members. You will perform and review valuation calculations and analyses, as well as being involved in reviewing and drafting written file notes, letters, presentations and reports, formulating views on value.

Your responsibilities
• Analyze the company or assets subject to valuation;
• Create the financial valuation model underlying your value conclusions;
• Document your findings in a comprehensive report detailing your valuation procedures and results;
• Review Excel models and prepare reports of findings;
• Design, and build intermediate/complex models based on client specification;
• Establish relationships with client personal at appropriate levels;
• Manage own time to budgets and communicate progress against plan to project manager;
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of the client agenda by findings new business opportunities;
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing your technical and other knowledge, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress .
