In Romania we have 3 offices located in Bucharest and Timisoara, where we have over 200 employees.

•Bachelor's degree in a Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science/ Engineering Mathematical discipline or relevant skills or equivalent professional experience.
•Fluent English speaker - an effective written and oral communicator.
•Ability to learn and adapt to new telecom technologies and engineering processes quickly.
•Willing to learn new products and technologies from BSS systems.
•General understanding of database management systems (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL / Microsoft SQL Server) and operating systems (UNIX / Linux / Solaris).
•Good understanding on technical support operation model and processes.
•Work in Bucharest, willing to travel abroad when required.

•Perform implementation and/or operation activities of BSS & IT products, including testing, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation and knowledge transfer
•Perform Operation & Maintenance activities, including incident & problem handling, routine check, monitoring, testing, service request handling, updates & patches implementation and other maintenance tasks.
•Support offshore transition of new projects to operation, and be involved in the knowledge transfer & sharing.

Preferred qualifications:

•Possessing commercial experience in BSS software implementation and operation will be a great plus
•Knowledge of telecom protocols SS7 (, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, IAM, INAP), TCP /IP.
•Knowledge of bug tracking systems & defect management systems.
•Knowledge of ITSM processes and tooling.
•Knowledge of test/QA processes and methodologies including execution and automation of tests.
•Experience in creating test environments and knowledge of performance test tools and simulators.
