For the centre we are looking for someone who is willing to take on the challenge of building excellent overall Technical CX cloud application skills with a prior CX product (Siebel, CRM On Demand, or other CX solutions) exposure and combine this with a good commercial sense & strong verbal and written communication skills while working in an international environment.
Cloud is one of the key drivers in this dynamic IT industry and for which we need someone who has a good understanding of Cloud applications and cloud technology to provide the right solutions to the customers by translating the business needs into technical requirements and in turn offer technical support.
PROFILE:
Technical:
Very good understanding of IT market trends
Bachelors or Masters degree
Min 5+ years of experience in IT (Consulting, Presales, Development etc)
Experience on SaaS applications is must
Understanding of cloud architecture is must
Technical skills required � Java, ADF, webservices, Scripting, HTML
Knowledge on IaaS and PaaS will be an advantage
Cloud Integration Knowledge will be an advantage
Understanding of Mobile development is an advantage � MAF, Phonegap, iOS app, Andriod app etc
Most important is an eagerness to learn! Oracle has an incredibly broad (and growing) portfolio of industry leading products. If you find it interesting and fun to pick up a new product and master it in a very short timeframe, this is the place to be!
Non Technical:
Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to articulate key messages very clearly in English as well as in French

Ability to work in (virtual) teams. To get a specific job done often requires working together with many colleagues spread out in different countries

Work experience in a similar role is an advantage
Fluency (including written) in French and English
Oracle has a large community of pre-sales consultants across EMEA that on a daily bases engage in tasks such as:
- Product presentations & demonstrations
- Advice customers & partners on how to best use Oracle products
- Respond to tenders
- Interact with product development about new releases, new functionality.
As a pre-sales consultant you have the chance to develop in a very broad spectrum, ranging from product expertise, customer interaction, communication and general IT market knowledge. Successful pre-sales consultants are highly demanded individuals with the possibility to develop a career in many different IT (and non-IT) functions.
The EMEA Presales Center (EPC) is tasked to support the EMEA field pre-sales in a diverse number of ways. Ranging from answering to tenders, customizing demos, building prototypes to directly supporting partners and/or customers with specific requests.
