- Must possess a high school degree and/or at least one (1) year experience in a
related field
- Must be able to travel for business related matters
- Must be able to manage highly stressful situations
- Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets, wordprocessing and
e-mail programs at a highly proficient level
- Languages: English, Italian

Main characteristics, tasks and functions:

- Enquiry and evaluation of quotes from suppliers of non-characteristic products and
services
- Arrangement and issue of purchase orders to suppliers of non-characteristic
products and services
 Control and archive of invoices, delivery notes and packing lists of suppliers of noncharacteristic
products and services
- Monitor of the level/status of non-characteristic material to meet branch needs
(e.g. furniture and pc for new employees) and avoid shortage (e.g. stationary,
marketing literature, etc.)
- Arrangement of transfers for company’s travelling employees, including
transportation, room and board, and visa application
- Company’s car fleet management (e.g. procurement, accidents, fuel cards,
special administrative permits to drive, etc.)
- Arrangement of necessary workstations for new employees
