    Requirements

    Must possess a high school degree and/or at least one (1) year experience in a
    related field
    Must be able to travel for business related matters
    Must be able to manage highly stressful situations
    Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets, wordprocessing and
    e-mail programs at a highly proficient level
    Languages: English, Italian

    Responsibilities

    Main characteristics, tasks and functions:

    Good technical knowledge of standard and non-standard company’s products
    Good knowledge of customers’ technical applications
    Good knowledge of company’s customer portfolio
    Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer’s inquiries
    Writing down, formatting and sending via email easy to complex quotes to
    customers, both manually and via company’s ERP
    Management of quotes by means of customers’ supply portals
    Electronic registration and double check of quotes
    Paper and digital archive of quotes
    Handle of customer complaints
    Fill in company’s registration form for new customer codification
    Sales order registration via company’s ERP
    Paper and digital archive of sales orders
    Arrangement of picking list for company’s warehouses staff
    Ability to evaluate and ask company’s warehouses staff and quality control staff for
    product transformation
    Issue and control of preliminary invoices
    Issue and control of pro-forma invoices for free samples and company’s literature
    Arrangement of special documents required by customers (e.g. certificates of
    origin, legalized invoices, etc.)
    Ability to evaluate status of company’s warehouses to balance distribution of
    goods between stocks
    Ability to evaluate status of company’s warehouses to prevent product shortage
    and allow on-time product replenishment in cooperation with purchasing office
    Evaluation of customers’ general condition of contracts for compliance reasons
    Telephone exchange operations
    Management of incoming and outgoing faxes
