NOC Generalist

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in general administration of networks and / or telecommunications or related relevant experience

Technical Skills:
• Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies mainly based (Windows Server , Exchange Server , SharePoint, IIS)
• Good knowledge of component elements a network server, router, link, firewall , etc.
• Knowledge about backup and Citrix Metaframe / Presentation Server
• Understanding TCP / IP and LAN standard protocols, VLAN
• Asset: experience in large and complex environments ( / Man / VPN LAN / WAN , etc.).
• Asset: IP Telephony
• Asset: Has experience with backup software

• Ability to demonstrate a high level of autonomy.
• Easy to learn and highly motivated to learn.

• Work hours are from 13:00 PM to 22:00 PM
• Working on statutory holidays based on a rotation calendar
• Diagnose and resolve incidents that will be assigned
• Perform management and monitoring of key infrastructure components in the various offices and project sites .
• Supporting other NOC analysts during their investigation coaching mode.
• Analyze the causes and document incidents.
• Identify and analyze recurring incidents to stabilize environments.
• Produce all instructions resolution can be used to center resources services and support staff in the region.
• Escalate to specialized technical resources within the NOC for more complex cases.
