Senior IT Project Manager (on site and/or remote working)

For their expanding team, we are looking for experienced IT professionals in the IT Project Management area for Timisoara and/or remote working. This person must have qualification and knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.

Desired Education & Certifications:

• Technical university degree or a similar qualification;
• IT Certification is a plus;
• ITIL knowledge;

Desired Experience & Background:

• Project management process, methods and tool application;
• Proven experience in: people management, coaching and mentoring, contract management, sales process, strategic planning, risk & opportunity management, change management.
• Team player and very good communication abilities;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• High sense of priority, works on multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver the expected results within the agreed timelines;
• Initiative and fast learning Abilities;
• High Customer Focus;
• Availability to short/long delegation;
• Mandatory excellent command of English.
• German would be a plus

The main responsibilities you will be having as an IT PM:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project;
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
• Define project tasks and resource requirements;
• Develop full scale project plans;
• Assemble and coordinate project staff;
• Manage project budget and resource allocation;
• Plan and schedule project timelines;
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
• Provide direction and support to project team;
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions ;
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
