    Requirements

    A suitable candidate should have:
    • 3-5 years’ work experience;
    • 2 years’ experience in a management position.
    • University degree (Marketing Sociology or related economic studies; Polytechnic; Cybernetics or related Information Sciences)
    • Good knowledge of Market Research methodologies - is a plus;
    • English language proficiency;
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft office;
    • Planning and development skills;
    • Problem solving, Results orientation, Collaboration, Persuasion;
    • Interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities

    The main responsibilities associated with this position are:
    • Manage the relationship with assigned North America clients, during the production process.
    • Assign projects to the unit Project managers, monitor team performances and plan resources in advance.
    • Act as liaison with other departments to drive continuous improvement.
    • Act as a point of escalation during difficult situations with clients.
    • Provide support related to online production methodology to best meet client’s needs, during the Production process.
    • Monitor client satisfaction on a constant basis.
    • Communicate to the team the annual objectives of the department, propose and implement measures to reach these objectives.
    • Follow the performance of the team, staff professional development, evaluations/ feedback in order to actively grow skills and experience within the team.
