IT Project Manager

+ 5 years experience in Project Management, preferably IT leading medium to large system implementations;

University degree in IT/ Technical Field;
Good command of English Language (Advanced) ;
Working experience in EMS Business (2-3 years is an advantage);
Project Management Certification would be a plus;

Coordination of projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production;

Defining resources (and resource allocation) and schedule for implementation;

Monitoring project progress, timelines and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;

Creating strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning;

Performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments;

Planning and scheduling project deliverables, goals, milestones;

Directing and overseeing project team and manages conflicts within group;

Efficiently identifying and solving project issues;

Creating and maintaining technical and project documentation;

Conducting presentations of technical information;

Interacting frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. You may also interact with senior management;

Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project;

Your input will be needed in development meetings as well as cross-functional project meetings;

You will ensure requirements are clearly translated into functional specifications;

Your involvement will be needed in the review activities for compliance with company policies and procedures;

You will ensure appropriate governance model is in place on all projects.
