    Requirements

    Min. 2 years of professional experience in Payroll Romania area

    Experience in a similar position (advantageous)

    Knowledge of SAP system (would be preferred)

    Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

    Good in English, both written and verbal

    University degree

    Good planning and organizing skills with high attention to detail

    Proven ability to multitask and organize time efficiently by prioritizing work and concentrating on key tasks

    Demonstrated focus on results

    Team player with excellent people management skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Self-motivator and detail oriented

    Responsibilities

    Payroll Operations Specialist will manage employee payroll data (tax, insurance, leaves).The tasks will be connected i.e. to calculations of all kinds of contribution, prepare various certificates, managing time and labor data. Payroll Specialist will be also point of contact for payroll related queries. Payroll specialist performs also post payroll activities connected to audits and controls.



    We require:



    Master’s or Bachelor’s degree

    Good knowledge about local regulations

    Good in English, both written and verbal

    Processing all payroll related payments to employees

    Single point of contact for the business partners from HR and finance departments

    Ensuring on-time 100% accurate monthly payroll for employees within their remit

    Ensuring that all statutory regulations and payments to third parties including regulatory and taxing bodies are in compliance with country law

    Ensuring that salaries associated with all payroll and benefit related payments are accurate and properly

    Ensuring efficient and qualitative PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements

    Giving and sharing active support to the employees, their managers in the field of payroll services, social security and legal queries (regarding payroll) of the employees

    Ad hoc payroll duties as required

    Updates procedures as necessary to achieve optimal operational efficiency

    Proactively strives for improvement/ optimization of processes within realm of responsibility

    Post payroll activities

    Good planning and organizing skills with high attention to detail

    Outstanding orientation on customer

    Communications skills and focus on details

    SAP knowledge and experience in area of payroll or finance will be an advantage

    Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
