Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR area (either in the payroll department or HR)
Secondary education is a minimum
SAP knowledge is an advantage (not a must)
Intermediate knowledge of English.
Knowledge / work with MS Office
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills
Payroll processing:
Distribution of the reports and other outputs in accordance with the timeliness and data accuracy
Delivery of the outputs to the external clients (health insurance companies, social security office, finance authorities etc.)
Processing of payroll for a particular legal entity
Maintaining the data in SAP according to the hardcopies (sick leave notes, income tax, garnishments)
Ensure the correctness of the data and legal requirements in SAP
Ensure the accuracy of the payroll calculation - predefined set of controls within the payroll closure
Ensure the preparation of all the docs for the payroll cycle (archiving of docs, maintaining the docs in folders)
Processing the requests from employees, HR, HRS and financial department
Preparation of monthly or other reports/outputs based on the legislation
Active participation on correctness of the setup in SAP – legal requirements; ensure the control of correct setup of the wage types
Customer Engagement, Communication, Projects & Audits:
Manage the relationships with internal and external partners.
Engage with stake holders such as HR and Finance to drive payroll excellence and drive improvements
Work together with various domains and COE's to ensure strong end to end process is established
Work with external agencies and government authorities to represent Honeywell on any payroll related reporting and Queries
Work with internal and external auditors representing payroll and providing information or any support required for successful completion of the audit. Ensure timely report out of any findings from the audit and take appropriate actions as required.
Proactive communication to employees on any payroll events.
Be part of the HR MOS
Represent payroll and drive any local projects that has a payroll impact
Be part of any global projects and represent Romania and contribute to the successful and timely completion of the project
