- Advanced level of Dutch written and spoken ;
- Excellent telephone manner;

Your role and responsibilities will be:

- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues;
- Logging / verifying customer details;
- Strong interpersonal skills are a prerequisite;
- Ability to work effectively in team and individually
