    Requirements

    • University degree
    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight projects
    • Excellent evaluation and negotiation skills
    • Excellent quality of work (complexity, accuracy, precision)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Initiative
    • Integrity, high ethical profile
    • Computer literate and excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
    • Good command of written & spoken English

    Responsibilities

    The future Airfreight Operator will directly report to the Airfreight Manager and will be in charge with the following activities:
    • Prepare and submit quotations for air transport, import, for the allocated areas for destination charges.
    • Check and completion of tender request received from the sales department, customers or agents.
    • To select the routes and air lines
    • To select the transport subcontractors from the agreed list
    • To select the service type according to the customer need
    • To decide the profit margin for each offer
    • To negotiate the transport rates
    • To negotiate the payment terms with subcontractors
    • Prepares the entire set of documents required by customs formalities and forward them to the partner commissioner, according to client needs
    • Prepares and send transport offer from the assigned area, according to the requested service, routes and possibilities
    • Permanently keep a track of income and expenses related to each transport
    • Permanently keep a track of the issued and received invoices and their accounting
    • Constantly update of the airline surcharges file
    • Archives all transport files in order to be easily accessible and to contain copies of all important documents
