    Requirements

    • University Degree
    • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
    • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
    • Proficient with office software programs (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluent English; French would represent an advantage

    Responsibilities

    • Manage front desk operations
    • Welcome clients and candidates in a professional and polite manner
    • Handling the office visitors, incoming calls and messages, correspondence, mail
    • Provide clerical support to the Human Resources, Commercial and Financial Departments
    • Maintain an organized mail delivery structure for the company (incoming, sorting, outgoing)
    • Manage and coordinate the maintenance of meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and preparation for onsite meetings
    • Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe frontline environment
