Sr. Risk and Prudential Reporting Analyst

Requirements:

3 – 5 years of qualifying experiences in accounting or finance with a focus on regulatory reporting and analytic, preferably in financial services/banking or in consulting
First position with French advanced, the 2nd position with English advanced
Strong academic record, in Finance (Accounting)
FINREP and COREP Reporting knowledge is a plus.

Professional skills
• Strong Banking activity general culture
• Keen interest in regulatory reporting
• Experience in Project / change management (desired)

Societe Generale Group is working on the implementation of a regulatory service offer to the subsidiaries of the group in order to rationalize the production and a way to answer to the new regulatory needs directly following the standardization of the European supervision.

Within this context, you will participate to the creation of a regulatory dedicated team in the Bucharest Finance Share Service Center (SSC) in order to offer to SG subsidiaries, entities and Group central departments a wide range of regulatory production services.

Responsibilities:

Production of new reports
• On a solo basis, produce COREP and / or FINREP regulatory reporting for significant supervised entities of Societe General on a full or simplified basis
• On a consolidated basis, deliver accurate data or variance analysis to SG Group, SG entities for certification, internal monitoring or answer to regulatory questions

Regulatory reporting follow up
• In order to rationalize regulatory reporting production throughout the group, take in charge of tasks (such as IAS phases monitoring) or reportings performed out of DEVL/COM/REG range

Improvement of the activities
• Participate to the implementation of regulatory needs directly in link with DEVL/PPO project teams both in Paris and Bucharest side on subject such as developing Financial Reporting FINREP on solo basis
• Provide training and guidance to other personnel within the department
