Bachelor’s Degree in Technical field.

2+ years of experience in automotive field, in a relevant position (plastic injection engineering/ painting of decorative components engineering).

Advanced English speaking skills required.

Strong computer skills and problem solving ability.

Basic knowledge in AUTOCAD.

Achieve production planning requirements, regarding quantity and quality for products.

Provides technical leadership for dedicated manufacturing area of responsibility (Laser or Painting).

Collaborates with Quality Assurance, Production Engineering in order to initiate and solve corrective actions for defective products and customer claims. Identify system related issues/causes and initiate actions to correct.

Makes Rejection Analysis and corrective actions.

Attends quality meeting to identify root cause for defective products and customer claims.

Implements LEAN, 5S and Safety projects within the manufacturing environment.

Prepares Line Balancing & Time Study projects in order to improve process capacity with minimum requirement of resources.

Implements Production improvements.

Prepares process instructions, and train personnel according WI and Standard process.

Implements the Kaizen activity - process improvement activity.
