Technical Architect

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent diploma/work experience);
• 8+ years of relevant work experience;
• Proven experience of managing and overseeing diverse range of applications within a business portfolio
• Preferred experience in a wide range of technologies, particularly Web, Oracle, Unix and Windows servers. Any experience with Lotus Notes migrations very beneficial
• Expertise in conceptualization and solution definition
• Sound awareness of industry trends and developments
• Experience of working in a globally distributed project team

The Technical Architect will work across the whole Corporate Finance portfolio of applications to provide technical leadership and direction and ensure alignment to broader CB&S strategies.
You, together with the Technical Project Manager, will be the bridgehead for building out a Corporate Finance technology team in Bucharest.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to develop strategy and direction for the Corporate Finance portfolio;
• Ensure alignment of Corporate Finance strategy to broader CB&S strategy;
• Act as a design authority across all Corporate Finance applications;
• Drive technical change across the portfolio of apps, bringing them to supported versions of platforms and latest vendor versions;
• Work closely with project and application management;
• Lead recruitment and selection for further build-out of the Corporate Finance technical team in Bucharest.
