    Finalized university studies (transportation or commercial)
    Relevant experience in Road freight business
    Excellent planning and organizing abilities
    Leadership skills
    Commercial thinking
    Self-driven personality

    Responsibilities

    Coordinate the international road transports, FTL and LTL, for Timisoara Branch
    People management responsibility for 5 employees in Road Cargo department
    Responsible for position results of shipments
    Key contact person for Road clients
    Pricing and calculation offers to customers
    Development of new lanes
    Compiles and/or control the monthly bordero report for the Road team
    Create SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
