    As a Partner Compensation Analyst, you will handle the compensation process, sett the objectives, define the terms and conditions, calculate the bonuses, you will be in charge of Partner/Business/Financial reporting, and also handle payments to the partner.     Requirements

    - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Business (or Channel) environment, preferable compensation, business analysis or financial department;

    - University degree or equivalent experience;

    - Advanced English and French skills;

    - Advanced knowledge and skills in business applications;

    - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point);

    - Good communication skills;

    - Process management;

    - Client and results orientated;

    - Planning and organizing skills;

    - Analytic and problem solving skills

    Responsabilitati

    - Provide assistance to partners and to the sales people regarding Compensation Programs (Compensation for Distributors and Resellers, Quota Deployment, Cash Engine, Payments, etc.);

    - Solving daily problems related to the compensation programs cooperating with: Sales Operations, the Sales Department, Channel Finance and the Partners (resellers and distributors) and other involved parties;

    - Monitoring and execution of the compensation processes for the partner portfolio in order to ensure efficient target setting, bonus visibility, solving disputes, calculation and bonus payment;

    - Ensures escalation management for partners/audit.
