Project Manager

Lingo24 is a leading provider of online translation services.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential

A university degree, preferably in languages, and ideally involving German
English – C1 level
Very good computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Email, typing)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Experience in dealing with customers in English
Experience in managing multiple projects, demands and competing deadlines



Desirable

Experience with translation technology software (e.g. Trados etc.)
German – would be an advantage
Experience as a translator or in the translation industry

Primary Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients and linguists to ensure translation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the requisite quality
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Producing quotes for new and existing clients and helping them to plan their translation projects
Keeping communication channels with clients open, being proactive in updating them about project status, translator queries and other information
