    Now we are creating exciting opportunities in Bucharest with the opening of a new Service Centre at Floreasca Business Centre (adjacent to Aurel Vlaicu Metro).

    Requirements

    Required:
    * University Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
    * Previous managerial experience, functional service/project experience, or outsourcing management experience
    Expertise in Procure-to-Pay GRIR process, including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
    * Knowledge of financial management, sourcing, and contracting processes
    * Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service Centre environment
    * Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP
    * Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Access and deep Excel skills


    Preferred:
    * Master’s Degree or equivalent in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
    * Training and certification in Six Sigma or LEAN, or similar quality management experience
    Supervised managers of multifunctional or global teams in the past and ideally worked in an operations environment
    * Experience working for a multinational organisation and working with colleagues internationally
    Processed and Packaged foods industry experience

    Responsibilities

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
    Within our PTP team, as PTP Lead, you will be part of our success by:

    Leadership:
    * Leading a team of PTP GRIR professionals and managing outsourcing partner to ensure that overall delivery of services to EU Business is within agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    * Motivating employees to create a winning culture and consistently deliver results
    * Solving problems collaboratively
    * Engaging effectively with key stakeholders in a manner that generates buy-in/excitement
    * Developing leaders at all levels and support career growth for GBS team members
    * Provide back-up to PTP manager

    Customers:
    * Leading with a strong service delivery that ensures effective supplier negotiations and relationship management
    * Partnering with suppliers and internal procurement buyers/category managers and other internal stakeholders to enable competitive advantage
    * Ensuring that the PTP GRIR team meets service levels outlined in SLAs and work with the BPO provider to ensure that KPIs are delivered seamlessly
    * Ensuring that Internal Customer and Supplier issues are dealt with in accordance with the escalation process and push back where this is not the case
    * Carrying out calls/ meetings with internal customers/stakeholders as detailed in SLAs and drive to keep customer satisfaction aligned with the SLAs
    * Working with management to ensure that all engagements with the customer are aligned, understood and that Customer needs are being documented and prioritised for action
    * Executing transactions as needed to manage customer requests and overall team workload

    People:
    * Providing leadership and guidance to the PTP team
    * Ensuring that all targets are SMART, aligned with GBS targets, and derived through working collaboratively with the PTP team
    * Organising a strong people agenda and carrying out people management activities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including:
    * Ensuring that a robust talent recruitment process is in place to ensure that the Kellogg Service Centre is competitive in the market and recruits the best/most appropriate talent

    Operations:
    * Achieving and sustaining best practices in effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery
    * Ensuring support to the business to resolve any Goods-Receipt/Invoice-Receipt (GRIR) variances
    * Ensuring that PTP GRIR deliverables meet or exceed level of quality and are delivered within a strong internal control framework
    * Monitoring for consistent application and adherence to all Kellogg PTP policies, including GAAP, SOX, corporate tax structure and audit requirements as well as adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    * Providing high-quality forecasts, variance analysis, scenario modeling and highlight key risks and opportunities to provide the business with visibility to facilitate decision-making
    * Maintaining timely completion of all PTP GRIR transactions, working with BPO provider to ensure service levels are met/exceeded;
    * Acting as a point of escalation within the PTP GRIR process for critical/complex service issues
    * Participating in GBS governance processes, meetings and reviews

    Innovation:
    * Creating a mindset of innovation to drive business value
    * Implementing and driving continuous improvement mindset both at the tactical level by applying operational excellence methodologies
    * Driving for year-over-year improvements to process efficiency, quality and control KPIs
