Requirements
Education and Experience Required
First level university degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 2-4 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).
Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of operating in an near/offshore environment
- Basic knowledge of local legal compliance issues
- Good communication skills with ability to convey low to medium impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to internal and external peers.
- Basic knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations
- Good knowledge in business administration

- Ability to structure and apply basic organizational skills to manage daily operational issues

The Commercial HP Care Pack Administrator is the main contract operations contact for internal and external customers for the initiation, maintenance and cancellation of commercial HP Care Pack.
- Supports the entitlement/registration of sold HP Care Pack when needed.
- Builds a good understanding of sales activities in the HP Care Pack area and supports these from an administrative point of view where needed.
- Maintains an enhanced customer satisfaction level through proactive communication and handling as well as a high level of data quality. Closely cooperating with business.
- Assures full ownership for front office (FO) responsibilities and coordinates end to end activities including the involved partners.
- Actively applies and uses the processes, work effectively with back office (BO). Translates customer requests. Replies to BO Questions.
- Assures interface between order management, accounting/controllership, support sales, support business, delivery, BO,process development and the customer. Makes sure that questions are answered and issues with partners are handled in appropriate organization and business context.
- Assures that the care pack registrations are handled correctly from a commercial and legal point of view along the HP Services customer support policies and procedures.
- Sometimes needs to take over lead functions for customer projects from an admin point of view.
- Processes that need to be adapted for customer needs need to be developed under the framework of effective and cost management.
- Ensures that processes are optimized and that knowledge is transferred to all involved parties at the interfaces to other functions
- Presents and escalates professional topics in the area of responsibility to the management team, the own team and adjacent teams.
- Initiate and attend interdisciplinary meetings.
- Ensure business controls and audit compliance in the related activities
- Assures compliance with the HP standards of business conduct
- Analyzes processes and business cases in order to provide solutions for improvement.
- Assures correct handling of HP Care Pack within the HPS systems.
