2 years of experience in sales (customized B2B - services solutions it's a plus).
Strong account management and relationship building skills.
Proficient in German and English.
Strong capability to work independently and in the team. Excellent customer orientation.
Strong negotiation skills and focus on details.
Strong network building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Develops, drives, and executes a strategic plan for sales and marketing in the local & international markets.
• Builds and executes account strategies and tactical plans in alignment with customers’ needs.
• Identifies new business opportunities within assigned clients.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with existing/new clients.
• Actively identifies new potential clients as well as uncovered business needs in order to generate new sales.
• Initiates and sustains the cross-sales process within the accounts that is responsible for.
• Elaborates the commercial offers according to the customer requests.
• Permanently updates the sales pipeline in our internal system.
• Verifies and observes the contractual terms, delivery deadlines according to the commercial contracts
signed.
• Verifies the implementation deadlines together with the Project Manager.
• Completes a monthly report with the KPIs agreed with the Line Manager to ensure transparency of the activity.
