o Create the synthesis of the progress of major deliverables with regard to the schedule after monitoring is carried out in partnership with the project team and metiers.
o Include a snapshot of the budget situation (consumed vs anticipatory) with this progress synthesis, in partnership with the Range Cost Control
o Sequence the arbitrations or escalations of decisions required to obtain deliverables compliant with the milestones
o Contribute to the formalisation required to prepare the Milestones and to include comments
o Organise the obtainment of the Engineering One-Voice via suitable bodies
o Provide support for IC when managing his project platform (ColC vision 6 weeks, etc.)
o Provide a support for ICa/DPIa when managing standardised project conventions
o Keep the pool of his segment’s workload variations updated
