    Requirements:

    • University graduate.
    • Very good English skills (any other language would be considered an advantage).
    • MS Office (very good).
    • A minimum of 3 years work experience.
    • Should be a self-motivated person, willing to grow in a highly dynamic environment.
    • Very good organizational skills.
    • Ability to work with deadlines.
    • Ability to prioritize.
    • Very good attention to details.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to learn fast.
    • Very good project management skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating Partners’ and Managers’ schedules.
    • Completing various reports with a high level of accuracy.
    • Working in close cooperation with Partners and Managers to ensure that invoicing for the work performed by the members of the department is carried out accurately and on time.
    • Contributing to the implementation and development of the company’s internal administrative processes and procedures.
    • Dealing with research queries.
    • Carrying out risk management procedures.
    • Offering support for various HR matters (i.e. recruitment, performance review, induction programs etc).
    • Answering internal and external calls promptly and politely. Ensuring that accurate telephone messages are taken and distributed, and queries are dealt with effectively.
    • Producing reports, correspondence, file notes and faxes, using macros and non-standard documents.
    • Producing PowerPoint presentations, Typing and Excel spreadsheets.
    • Arranging internal/external meetings.
    • Arranging accommodation and travel.
    • Arranging bulk photocopying and printing/binding with the document production centre as well as completing ad hoc tasks.
    • Ensuring all filing systems and archive records are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Dealing with suppliers of office administrative materials.
