Required Skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Understanding of continuous software delivery concept
• Understanding of Agile SDLC's
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word
• Good understanding of operating systems, networking and enterprise infrastructure

• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Nice to have
• Previous banking application exposure
• Previous data warehouse infrastructure experience / ETL
• Jobs support experience on Autosys or equivalent
• SVN, GIT, TeamCity, Bamboo, Jenkins, TFS, JIRA
• .Net/Java general programming skills

Responsibilities:
• Write and maintain technical documentation;
• Create/update release instructions
• Maintain release history and related artefacts
• Participating in meeting and discussions with customers, work closely with technical leads, analysts and developers to provide guidance on release related matters
• Release support during implementation phase
• Respond to manager requests
