    Are you the type of person we want to meet? Do you have…
    • A Bachelor Degree or a Business Degree in Business/Accounting/Marketing/Management/Economics would be considered a plus
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Over 4 years experience in Budget Management and Measurement.
    • Familiarity with both the internal and external mechanics of Tradeshow and Events execution.
    • The ability to collaborate with outsourced vendors and suppliers to expedite billings and payments.
    • Proficiency in Excel, and the development of analytics, dashboards, spreadsheets and metrics.
    • The ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
    • An advanced English level

    Responsibilities

    • Monitoring and measuring all financial aspects of Tradeshow and Events discipline, including requisitioning, processing and reconciliation.
    • Developing and maintaining analytics to measure Tradeshow and Events performance and effectiveness.
    • Assisting in Tradeshow and Event Budget development.
    • Continually assessing Spend allocation in comparison to Budget allowance.
    • Supporting the development and optimization of Global Tradeshow and Events calendars.
    • Supporting initiatives to unearth efficiencies of scale.
    • Interacting with Sourcing Specialists and vendors to drive savings.
    • Serving as a liaison in the Budget transformation/migration from individual Business
