University degree in the area of technical sciences
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience on a similar position
Excellent technical training skills and customer orientation
Strong partnership buildning skills
Good command of technical English as an asset

Advise and provide technical support to developers, distributors and contractors proving extensive technical knowledge and expertise on Henkel's product range
Promote company's brands and products so as to ensure Henkel's market success in the assigned area and track the implementation of measures designed to achieve targets and sales plans
Deliver top class practical and theoretical on site training for Henkel partners and clients as well as for the sales team
Develop practical action plans (demonstrations, events, roundtables, workshops, etc) for promoting and introducing Henkel products to new customers
Mediate complaints and identify solutions for both technical and commercial problems in alignment with company standards at all times
