1. Must have:
· Bachelor degree of Master degree in Structural Engineering
· At least 5 years of experience across structural design, detailing or fabrication for reinforced concrete of precast concrete industry workflows is essential
· Proven experience in contributing to Building Information Modeling based structural processes
· Ideally work experience with Revit
· Previous software product management experience and knowledge of the full development life-cycle
· The ability to self-manage multiple activities, while constantly assessing priorities
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work comfortably and effectively with people in various roles (from product development to senior executives)
· Fluent in English
· Open to traveling

2. Nice to have:

· Working knowledge of other tools and competitive software solutions (i. e.Tekla)
· Experience with multiple other products and interoperability workflows highly desired
· Experience with presenting to large groups
· Management experience is highly desirable, but not essential
· Knowledge of current software trends and implementations (i.e. cloud computing, SaaS, etc.), is highly desired
· Previous experience with agile product development is a significant advantage

Job Responsibilities:

· As a product manager you will deliver industry solutions to aid Structural Engineers, Detailers and Fabricators in the design, coordination, detailing, and fabrication of complex, large scale building projects composed of reinforced cast-in-place concrete and/or precast concrete structural elements
· You will also be responsible for delivering structural solutions through working with global and agile product teams, as well as through numerous conversations with users and industry experts
· You will be responsible to deliver industry solutions to aid Structural Engineers, Detailers and Fabricators in the design, coordination, detailing, and fabrication of complex, large scale building projects composed of reinforced cast-in-place concrete and/or precast concrete structural elements
· Work with key customers, industry stakeholders, partners and internal Support organization to identify industry problems and articulate customer feedback to product teams
· Identify customer needs as they pertain to product definition and delivery, based on areas of business focus identified by the Industry Strategy team
· Manage structural product enhancements and creation from concept through strategic planning to tactical execution, helping set priorities
· Communicate and advocate for product roadmaps to internal leadership and stakeholders
· Plan to deliver value to our customers while differentiating our products from competitive offerings
· Establish viable solutions and services that solve targeted market problems and achieve business goals
· Manage expectations and communication with internal stakeholders and the user community
· Work with Operations, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to successfully deliver products to market
