Regional Functional and Technical Architect

Our client is an important non-bank financial institution in Romania, member of an international French financial group.

The team is looking for a Regional functional and technical architect that must ensure the global consistency of the Regional Information Systems. Must provide the required support and expertise related to all the tools running in production (software, hardware, databases and middleware) and to ensure the global consistency of the Regional Information Systems.

Requirements:

- University degree;

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience;

- Knowledge of IT Architecture (rules and principles);

- IT strategy knowledge and support;

- English – advanced level;

- Team spirit – flexible to work with the different project teams in the countries and with the Central and Regional IT teams;

- Communication skills, facilitator in group meetings;

- Capacity to develop norms and tools;

- Relevant experience in project management;

- Solution conception;

- Innovation active watch.

- To define and provide the documentation related to the main functional domain and their relations, according to the functional reference model;

- To analyse the IT impacts (functional and technical) of new applicative module integration or impacts linked to major modification/evolution of existing modules, and take into consideration all technical constraints including security, performance and maintainability, and ensure a consistency at the region level;

- To propose scenarios to improve the current architecture to support the business processes and to move to the target architecture defined according to rules and principles;

- To verify the opportunity of any new specific development, including tools and environments;

- To provide the required support to the major projects as defined within the Architecture charter of the Region from the conception to the delivery, including the Architecture dossier delivery and presentation to the defined committee;

- To follow up the implementation / deployment of the architecture rules defined for the project;

- To support the architecture choices and take the responsibility of all exceptions/derogations from architecture principles and rules;

- To participate to the solution validation proposed by the project according to the architecture rules, the current architecture and the target architecture;

- To communicate / exchange with the architecture community;

- To update/maintain the cartography using the dedicated tool with the main impacts highlighted by the projects.
