    Requirements

    - Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Sociology /HR Field;
    - At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
    - Good knowledge of Romanian Labour Legislation;
    - Recruiting experience for jobs in Customer Care field is a plus;
    - Knowledgeable in Head Hunting strategies;
    - Superior problem solving abilities, well organized and flexible person; excellent team player, goal oriented person with great ability to work under pressure;
    - Excellent communication skills (including social media), strong problem solving and conflict management abilities, organized person, oriented towards results;
    - Proficient in English (oral and written communication);
    - Excellent Internet and Microsoft Office skills;

    Responsibilities

    - providing front line advisory service to staff and managers with all aspects regarding Human Resources as well as finding management solutions to solve HR-related problems in everyday business
    - handling daily recruitment activities such as: job advertising, direct search, matching candidates to job requirements, reviewing resumes, conducting job interviews and reference checks
    - initiates and updates Job Descriptions / Employee Handbook
    - coordinates interviews and informs Business Manager about recruitment calendar, creates and maintains Recruitment data base
