    Requirements

    • Completed commercial education
    • Contact and communication skills
    • Excellent PC and MS Office skills as a user
    • Advanced level in English and German
    • Ownership and entrepreneurial mindset

    Responsibilities

    • Create daily production statistics
    • Posting of goods receipts in the ERP system
    • Invoice receipt inspection
    • Book of invoices in the SRM system and support the accounting
    • Create Statistics and overviews for the Site Manager
    • Overseeing the implementation in the layer after layer conductors Plan / absences, etc.
    • Control and correction / evaluation Timeboard
    • Personnel Administration incl. illness, holidays, etc. TAG Overview in contact with the HR department
    • Office supplies procurement
    • Implementation of the month-end closing
