BPM Business Systems Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional education/work experience
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as a business/workflow analyst
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience analyzing workflow requirements, creating BPM workflows models and documenting their requirements
- Experience determining user interface requirements
- Experience analyzing and documenting system interfaces
- Experience with IBM or Lombardi BPM suite or other similar BPMS’s like Savvion, PEGA, is preferred

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze and document workflow requirements
- Act as liaison between business, IT and other ADP groups to ensure efficient and accurate communication
- Create BPM workflow models, analyze and document workflow details, user interface requirements and system interfaces
- Perform acceptance tests to verify that requirements were met by the software delivered by the development team.
