Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
• 3+ years of directly related accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in accounting; knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and business processes.
• Excel -> High
• PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion Enterprise and Retrieve applications -> Medium
• Good English capability both in written and spoken.
• Self motivated, self-starter, promotes positive attitude
• Willing to travel 15%
• Results oriented, comfortable working in a high pressure environment and to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization
• Cost accounting and a understanding of financial analysis
• Ability to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner.
• Lean and standard approach to daily activities

Responsibilities:
Monthly Swissco Direct Material Model computation (ACT)
• Support Swissco Direct Material Model for Hyperion upload (AOP, 5+7, 8+4)
• Follow up and audit material accounting postings for Swissco plants
• Direct material costs analysis (work close with AP and PA team to investigate main variances, coordinate any corrective actions, provide explanations to management)
• Material cost accruals calculation and follow up
• PPV and material cost reconciliation
• FIFO reserve calculation (automatic)
• Manage the all direct material cost accounts download from SAP
• PWC/SOX Audit material cost support
• North America P&L Support (Material Cost input, analysis)
• PPV analysis and reconciliation (Matex to accounting Balance)
• DN approval (analysis, categorization, link with SB performance, guidelines and rules for PA and AP team)
• Swissco Masterdata Standardization
• Supply Base Support
• HTT Revenue Metrics, Material Cost Metrics consolidation
• HTT Material Margin Walk and analysis
